Pictures of Sunsets and Sunrises in Southern Thailand
In March and April, 2013, I enjoyed island hopping through the small tropical islands of Southern Thailand’s Trang & Satun Provinces.
I often woke at dawn in order to marvel at nature’s beautiful day greetings – amazing colors and cloud patterns slowly transforming until a bold sun burst above the calm Andaman Sea. Then I’d stroll along the island’s long empty beaches before the tropical temperatures became too hot, before tourists appeared to swim, snorkel and romp around on the sand.
In evenings I made a point of setting aside time to enjoy nature’s equally stunning sunsets unfold before dark set in.
In this photo gallery I present 24 images of the glorious sunrises & sunsets from various islands I explored during my 2-month adventures.
